Alpine Start Development has recently commenced construction on a new apartment complex in Haltom City. Known as Alpine Fossil Creek, this development spans 15.6 acres and will feature 296 units spread across three-story garden-style buildings overlooking Big Fossil Creek.
The general contractor for the project is Spring Valley Construction Co., with design services provided by Architecture Demarest.
Residents of Alpine Fossil Creek can look forward to an array of amenities, including a resort-style pool, courtyard, fitness center, walking trails with scenic views of the creek, outdoor seating areas, clubhouse facilities and grilling stations. Additionally,the development offers 143 one-bedroom units ranging from 665 to 810 square feet;129 two-bedroom units ranging from1 ,039to1 ,194square feet;and24three- bedroomunitsrangingfroml367squarefeet.
Completion for Alpine Fossil Creek is expected by early2026,making itthe fourth ground-up development undertakenbyAlpineStartDevelopmentandtheseventhacquisition since its inception.The company continues to expand its portfolio in DFW through strategic developments like this one.
