Mimms Enterprises has purchased North Point Village, a retail center located at 7300 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta, from Coro Realty Advisors for $19 million. The sale was facilitated by Fred Victor, Executive Vice President of Atlantic Retail.
The property spans 57,219 square feet on 5.16 acres and is situated in the highly sought-after North Fulton corporate office market. This area boasts over 14 million square feet of corporate office space and is home to a Fortune 500 employment base with a daytime population exceeding 132,000 employees.
North Point Village offers an impressive tenant lineup including Talbots, Kohler and Learning Express. It also benefits from its proximity to the popular North Point Mall – a super-regional shopping center spanning over1 .3 million square feet that draws in significant consumer traffic.
With approximately196 ,000 residents living within five miles of the property and an average household income surpassing $200 ,000 , it remains an attractive asset in this strong market.
Coro Realty Advisors originally acquired North Point Village from Wiggins Associates – its original developer – back in2016 .
