Alpha SC Acquires Boston Mixed-Use Building for $20 Million

SC Alpha recently acquired 37-43 Temple Place, a boutique mixed-use building in Boston, from 3MJ Realty for $20 million. The sale price equates to over $998 per square foot and $1.25 million per unit. The property consists of 16 residential units with two, three and four bedroom options as well as 4,950 square feet of retail space that has been fully gut-renovated and reconstructed since 2008. Located in Downtown Crossing the building is 100% leased with retail tenants including The Crossing Wine & Spirits and Victoria’s Jewelry.

This translates to an average rate of over $998 per sqft along with approximately 1 . 25 Million dollars being spent on each individual unit within the property which comprises 16 residential units featuring two , three or four bedrooms respectively alongside 4 , 950 sqft worth of commercial space that was completely renovated back in 2008 . Situated at Downtown Crossing this multi – purpose facility is currently 100 % leased out to retailers such as ‘The Crossing Wine & Spirits’ or ‘Victoria’s Jewelry’.
