**Christiansen Ventures Acquires Broadstone Uptown PHX for $87 Million**

Christiansen Ventures has acquired Broadstone Uptown PHX, a 280-unit luxury multifamily community located in Phoenix, for $87 million. The property was sold by Alliance Residential Company.

Completed in 2024 by Alliance Residential, Broadstone Uptown PHX offers an array of upscale amenities. The community features a resort-style swimming pool and spa area complete with private cabanas and a pool house that includes a community kitchen and billiards table.

Residents also enjoy access to a clubhouse equipped with a café, lounge seating, a complimentary coffee bar, and a leasing office. The property boasts a 24-hour, club-style fitness center outfitted with state-of-the-art weight training and cardio equipment. Other amenities include an outdoor ramada with a 360-degree mister, ping pong tables, fire pits, yard games, barbecue grills, a dog park, parcel package lockers, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Since its founding in 2000, Scottsdale-based Alliance Residential Company has built or acquired more than 115,000 units nationwide, representing over $23 billion in invested capital.

CBRE’s Austin Groen, Matt Pesch, Asher Gunter, and Sean Cunningham represented the seller in the transaction. CBRE’s Troy Tegeler and CJ Connolly, from the firm’s Debt & Structured Finance team, arranged financing on behalf of the buyer.
