Allen Matkins, a real estate and business law firm, has added Matthew G. Bouslog as a partner to its Orange County office in Irvine. He will join the firm’s restructuring, insolvency & bankruptcy practice group with an extensive blend of transactional and litigation experience in distressed real estate and commercial assets space.
Bouslog provides representation for debtors, creditors and investors involved in complex restructuring matters such as in-court restructurings, out-of-court restructurings, distressed acquisitions or bankruptcy related litigation; he also has significant knowledge of cross border bankruptcies.
