Bouslog joins the firm’s Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Practice Group with an extensive blend of transactional and litigation experience in distressed real estate and commercial assets space. He provides representation for debtors, creditors and investors on complex restructuring matters such as out-of-court restructurings, distressed acquisitions or bankruptcy-related litigation – including cross-border bankruptcy cases.
