**Aligned Data Centers Expands in Dallas-Fort Worth with New Mansfield Campus**
Aligned Data Centers has announced its expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area with a new data center campus in Mansfield, Texas. The facility, known as DFW-03, will be located on a 27-acre site at 3801 Britton Road in Tarrant County, spanning 429,600 square feet. Initial capacity is expected to be available as early as the fourth quarter of 2025.
DFW-03 will utilize Aligned’s adaptive modular infrastructure, which accelerates deployments through component prefabrication and on-site delivery of critical equipment. The data center will also feature the company’s advanced air and liquid cooling technologies, capable of supporting rack densities of over 350 kW.
Additionally, Aligned has filed for a third building at its existing campus in Plano. The company currently operates data center campuses in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Northern Virginia.
Aligned Data Centers’ investors include Macquarie Asset Management, CenterSquare, Mubadala, and Patrizia.
