Alexandria Manufactured Housing Community Secures Refinance

Hometown America has successfully secured a refinancing deal for Audubon Estates, a 700-site manufactured housing community in Alexandria, Virginia near Washington D.C. The property, located at 7930 Audubon Ave, boasts full occupancy for the past two decades and offers various amenities such as basketball court, convenient transit access, picnic areas and playgrounds. Additionally,the community also provides RV/boat storage facilities.

The seven-year fixed-rate loan was arranged by JLL through Freddie Mac with Zach Koucos leading the team alongside Chris Collins and Bharat Madan. According to Koucos,”This transaction is a testament to the ongoing liquidity in capital markets for high-quality manufactured housing communities backed by top-tier sponsors.”
