Titan Development is transforming a business park into a mixed-use development in Northeast Albuquerque. Last week, the company unveiled its new 158-unit multifamily complex at Journal Center. The Allaso Journal Center project is part of Titan’s Allaso series and was constructed by Pavilion Construction and ORB Architect. It stands four stories tall and spans 175,000 square feet with an estimated cost of $35 million. Completion is expected by August 2021 with rents ranging from $1,700 to $2,100 per month for tenants to enjoy amenities such as resort-style pool, spa cabanas and barbecue grills.
In total 11 multifamily projects are located in Albuquerque; seven completed while four remain under construction sponsored through funds that have raised over $329 million since 2017 alone – making it one of the largest investments in recent years for this area’s housing market expansion efforts .
