Landsea Homes Corporation announced the grand opening of its newest Bay Area community, Alameda Marina. The development consists of 182 townhomes in two neighborhoods – Island View and Waterside – with 15% offered under the county’s affordable housing program.
Marc Rico, VP of Sales and Marketing for Landsea’s Northern California division said: “Alameda Marina has breathed new life into the Alameda waterfront. It was an exciting milestone to celebrate the grand opening of this long-awaited community of High Performance townhomes.” Each home is uniquely designed with a modern aesthetic that allows residents to make each home their own and ‘live in their element’,” he added.
To further enhance homeowners’ experience at Alameda Marina, Landsea has partnered with Alameda Transportation Management Association to provide transportation resources and perks for residents.
