Atlas Air, a leading air cargo company, is spearheading a mixed-use development in Sunrise that has the potential to encompass 750,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, as well as 750 multifamily units and 300 hotel rooms for corporate housing.
