**AI Platform Sierra Signs First NYC Office Lease in SoHo**
Manova Partners has announced that Sierra, a conversational AI customer experience platform, has signed a full-floor lease at 375 West Broadway in SoHo. The lease spans 14,563 square feet and marks Sierra’s first office in New York City. With this transaction, the five-story boutique building remains fully leased.
“375 West Broadway is a tremendous asset in one of New York’s most innovative and sought-after neighborhoods,” said William Tees, Vice President of Asset Management at Manova Partners. “We are delighted to welcome Sierra and maintain full occupancy in such a competitive commercial leasing environment.”
Brett Harvey of Newmark represented Manova Partners in the deal, while Jeff Fischer and Connor Krup of CBRE represented Sierra.
Manova is currently managing capital improvements to the historic building, which dates back to 1863. These enhancements include renovations to both the front and rear lobbies. Manova acquired the property in February 2022 through a predecessor company on behalf of an investor. The ongoing upgrades are the first major renovations since 2014.
