**AI Infrastructure Provider Aivres Signs Major Lease in Fremont**
Aivres, a leading company in data center and artificial intelligence infrastructure solutions, has signed a lease for a 270,828-square-foot facility located at 47550 Kato Road in Fremont, California. The new lease marks a significant expansion in the company’s manufacturing capabilities and reinforces Fremont’s growing reputation as a manufacturing hub in the Bay Area.
Colliers Executive Vice Presidents Ed Hofer, SIOR, and Casey Ricksen, SIOR, represented the landlord, Fortress Investment Company, in the transaction. Aivres was represented by Newmark Vice Chairman Joe Kelly.

Fortress has made significant upgrades to the property, including improved electrical infrastructure, enhanced fire sprinkler systems, and interior renovations to better accommodate industrial demands.
This move by Aivres is seen as a strategic step to meet the escalating needs of AI-driven initiatives, further anchoring high-tech manufacturing in the heart of Silicon Valley.
