**AI Firm Cove Launches Architecture Practice With First Project in Atlanta**

Atlanta-based technology company Cove, known for its artificial intelligence solutions in architecture, has unveiled its new full-service architecture division, Cove Architecture. This initiative marks a significant shift for the company, moving from developing tools for the industry to directly applying its proprietary AI frameworks throughout the architectural design and delivery process.

Cove’s new division is powered by a two-part AI system, which the company says is designed to redefine how buildings are conceived, designed, and constructed. The launch of Cove Architecture underscores the company’s vision of modernizing the architectural process by integrating cutting-edge technology to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance.

“When we started Cove, we began by building software for others to optimize costs, compress timelines, and meet performance standards,” said Sandeep Ahuja, co-founder and CEO of Cove. “Over time, we realized that the best way to showcase the true potential of our technology was to use it ourselves, end to end. Today, that technology forms the bedrock of our architecture services – rather than just offering tools, we guide projects from concept to completion.”

Cove Architecture’s first project is a multifamily housing development located at 1247 Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood. The team designed the 15-unit row house complex in just 15 days, utilizing its AI platforms—Vitras.ai and ARK_BIM—to significantly streamline the development process. The project achieved a 60% reduction in design timelines, 95% accuracy in early-stage cost estimation, and a 40% decrease in design iteration costs.

With its maiden project complete, Cove Architecture aims to continue leveraging AI to bring a transformative approach to the architectural field.
