Agora Realty & Management has secured financing for a large-scale mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, focused on sports. The project, known as Hylo Park, will feature a variety of housing options and amenities such as a grocery-anchored retail center and restaurants.
One of the main highlights of Hylo Park is Champion Square, which aims to elevate the concept of “sports-entertainment” by providing support for youth and amateur athletes as well as semi-pro teams and competitions. This area will include a multi-purpose sports rink, field house, shops, restaurants,and service-oriented retail near an extended-stay hotel.
