Agora Realty & Management has secured financing for a large-scale mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, focused on sports. The project, known as Hylo Park, will feature a diverse range of housing options and amenities.
The community will span 37 acres and include 1,300 residential units along with a grocery-anchored retail center, dining establishments, and commercial services. A highlight of the development is Champion Square – a state-of-the-art sports village and public plaza designed to support youth athletes as well as semi-professional teams.
At the core of Hylo Park’s sports-centric design are multi-purpose rinks and field houses. Additionally, there will be an array of shops and restaurants situated near an extended-stay hotel within the square. Construction is slated to begin in mid-June 2024.
