Agora Realty & Management has secured financing for a large-scale mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, with a focus on sports. The project, known as Hylo Park, will feature various housing options and amenities such as a grocery-anchored retail center and restaurants.
The centerpiece of Hylo Park is Champion Square, an innovative sports village and public plaza that caters to youth athletes, amateur teams, semi-pro leagues and competitions. This area will include a multi-purpose sports rink and field house along with shops, dining options,and service-oriented retail near an extended-stay hotel.
