USA Properties Fund and The Pinyon Group are set to begin construction late this summer on the $21-million Vintage at Marja Acres, an affordable apartment community for 55-and-older residents in Carlsbad as part of a mixed-use development. Located near El Camino Real between Kelly Drive and Cannon Road, the 47-unit community will offer affordable housing in the new Marja Acres neighborhood that includes 248 townhomes, a community park and restaurant.
Geoff Brown, President of USA Properties Fund stated “Marja Acres is a high quality unique community offering close knit easy to get around neighborhoods with easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer. Vintage at Marja Acres will fit many needs whether working full time or retired”. Leasing should begin fall 2024 according USA Properties Fund estimates.
