USA Properties Fund and The Pinyon Group are set to begin construction late this summer on the $21-million Vintage at Marja Acres, an affordable apartment community for 55-and-older residents in Carlsbad. Located near El Camino Real between Kelly Drive and Cannon Road, the 47-unit community will offer affordable housing as part of a mixed use development that includes 248 townhomes, a community park and restaurant.
