Lynd Living and Opportunity Home have announced plans for a new affordable housing development in San Antonio’s Pearl area, set to open in April. The Josephine, located at 120 W. Josephine St., has secured a $53 million construction loan from Madison Realty Capital.
The 261-unit project will offer half of its units at 80% of the area median income. Amenities include a rooftop bar, pool, and on-site trainer-led workout classes.
Designed by Austin-based Davies Collaborative and built by Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, The Josephine is expected to be ready for move-in this spring.
