The Legacy at Carr Heights Senior Apartments, a 120-unit affordable senior housing community in Charlotte, N.C., has recently opened thanks to the collaboration of The Paces Foundation and Soho Housing Partners. This project was made possible through financing from various sources including INLIVIAN and Fifth Third Bank. Situated on West Blvd., this four-story building offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 690 to 950 square feet for residents over the age of 55. Amenities such as a fitness center, business center, community center, theatre room, game room, gazebo area,and pet parks are available for all tenants to enjoy. Additionally,the property is subject to a long-term ground lease held by a local community land trust.
