Ariel Property Advisors recently facilitated the sale of a nine-building affordable housing portfolio for $39 million. The identities of both buyers and sellers were not disclosed. Two buildings are located in Morrisania, Bronx while the remaining seven are situated in Harlem, New York City. Spanning over 287,000 square feet combined, these properties feature 309 residential apartments and four commercial units.
