Construction has begun on a new affordable housing concept for middle-class individuals and families in downtown Buckeye. The first project, called Lanai, will feature modern townhome-style residences with various amenities within walking distance of historic downtown.
Lanai will offer 444 units across two phases of construction, each featuring patios and indoor-outdoor living spaces. Ground floor units will also have dedicated semi-private front courtyards for added privacy.
Outdoor amenities at Lanai include a pool and lounge area, splash pad, playground, outdoor fitness equipment area, dog park and dog run. This multifamily community is a joint venture between Holualoa Companies and Countrywalk Community Developers with design by the architectural firm WORKSBUREAU.
The development of these townhomes in Buckeye is an exciting addition to the growing community that offers both affordability and convenience for its residents.
