Affinius Capital is leading the development of a mixed-use project in San Antonio’s La Cantera area. This expansive project will feature office, hotel, health and wellness facilities, entertainment options, retail spaces, residential units and park areas. The development will be known as Town Center at La Cantera.
The first phase of this project is called La Cantera Town Center Multifamily and it will consist of 350 residential units along with 10,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Dallas-based Phoenix Development Co. has been contracted to oversee this initial phase which is set to break ground in the first quarter of 2025.
According to reports from the San Antonio Business Journal , there are multiple developers involved in this ongoing project which spans across a 50-acre parcel at the intersection of Interstate-10 and Loop-1604.
This property adds to Affinius’ extensive portfolio within the La Cantera area which also includes other notable developments such as Six Flags theme park and The Shops at La Cantera (see photo). With its prime location and diverse offerings for both residents and visitors alike,Town Center at La Canterais poised for success under Affinius’ leadership.
