The financing was provided to developer The Jay Group and will be utilized for completing construction and leasing the property.
Featuring 294 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, along with top-notch amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, shared workspace, and outdoor recreation areas; 101 Fleet Place is an attractive residential option. Its prime location near subway lines, Fort Green Park,and Fulton Street Mall adds further value.
