Affinius Secures $160 Million Refinancing for Downtown Brooklyn Multifamily Property

Affinius Capital LLC has successfully closed a $160 million loan to refinance 101 Fleet Place, a luxurious 21-story multifamily building located in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. The financing was provided to developer The Jay Group and will be utilized for completing construction and leasing the property.

Featuring 294 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, along with top-notch amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, shared workspace, and outdoor recreation areas; 101 Fleet Place is an attractive residential option. Its prime location near subway lines, Fort Green Park,and Fulton Street Mall adds further value.

According to Affinius Capital Vice President Perry Katz,”101 Fleet is an exceptional luxury multifamily project situated in downtown Brooklyn -a market that we have strong conviction in. We are confident that this investment will continue to thrive due its best-in-class assets.” Financing for the project was expertly arranged by Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital.
