**Affinius Capital Closes $80M Loan to Refinance Downtown Brooklyn Multifamily Project**

Affinius Capital LLC has successfully closed an $80 million loan to refinance 570 Fulton, a 23-story, Class A multifamily property located in Downtown Brooklyn. The project, owned by New York-based developer Goose Property Management, includes 163 residential units and 3,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The loan will be used to complete construction and lease-up efforts, bringing the property to full stabilization. The financing was arranged by Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital.

Perry Katz, Senior Vice President at Affinius Capital, commented on the deal, stating, “We’re proud to have closed 570 Fulton, a distinguished multifamily development in Downtown Brooklyn, as our fourth deal with Goose Property Management, a best-in-class local developer. This valued partnership reflects our continued conviction in premier multifamily properties.”

570 Fulton offers a mix of 53 studio apartments, 91 one-bedroom units, and 19 two-bedroom residences. The building will feature a wide range of luxury amenities, including a furnished rooftop, fitness center, business center, lounge, children’s playroom, game room, 24-hour doorman service, and a package room.

This deal underscores Affinius Capital’s ongoing investment in high-quality urban multifamily assets and its continued collaboration with experienced local development partners.
