Newmark has successfully arranged the sale of Calabasas Courtyard, a three-building office project located in the highly desirable market of Calabasas. The specific sale price was not disclosed.
The seller, AEW Capital Management, was represented by Newmark’s co-heads of U.S. capital markets Kevin Shannon and vice chairmen Rob Hannan, Ken White, Laura Stumm and Michael Moll along with director Alex Beaton. On the other hand, Calabasas Courtyard LLC – consisting of industry veterans Brian Forster from Pacific Partners Commercial Inc., Tony Principe from Westcord Commercial Inc., and private investor John Cataldo – acted as the buyer.
