AEG and Peacock, NBCUniversal’s premium streaming service, have signed a deal for the latter to serve as the exclusive streaming partner from AEG’s four-million-square-foot L.A. LIVE complex. Effective July 11th, the 7,100-seat concert and special events venue will be named Peacock Theater while its 40,000 square foot open-air plaza will become known as Peacock Place.
Lee Zeidman – President of Crypto Arena; Peacock Theater; and L.A LIVE – expressed his excitement about this groundbreaking partnership: “We are looking forward to collaborating with Peacock in order to create new content that complements our existing roster of amazing concerts, awards shows & special events at all our iconic venues.”
Peacocks presence across L.A Live is set to be enhanced through interior & exterior signage at both locations along with a branded content studio offering customized fan activations & brand integrations plus dedicated LED marquees on Figueroa Street’s corner of Olympic Boulevard .
