**AdventHealth Completes $150M Cardiac Care Center in Littleton**
AdventHealth has completed construction on a new five-story, 143,000-square-foot heart center in Littleton, Colorado. The $150 million state-of-the-art facility is expected to support 85 medical professionals and significantly enhance cardiac care services in the region.
The new center includes 24 intensive care unit beds, three operating rooms, and three cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs, along with advanced imaging technologies. It will offer a wide range of cardiovascular services, including open-heart surgery and intensive care treatment.
Currently, the first three floors of the facility are fully operational, while the fourth and fifth floors have been shelled in preparation for future expansion.
The Heart Institute is one of several key investments AdventHealth has made across its Colorado locations. The Florida-based health system recently broke ground on a $300 million, seven-story tower at AdventHealth Parker Hospital and announced plans for a new hospital campus in Aurora on a 40-acre site.
This latest addition demonstrates AdventHealth’s continued commitment to expanding high-quality healthcare access and infrastructure across the state.
