AdventHealth is expanding its Littleton Hospital with a $100 million-plus heart and vascular tower. The three-floor, 97,700-square-foot space will provide more room for cardiac care ranging from minimally invasive procedures to open heart surgery. Taking advantage of the hospital’s Level II Trauma Center, the tower plans include 24 cardiovascular intensive care unit (ICU) beds and 10 operating rooms. Patients can expect to be served in early 2025 when up to 125 employees are certified nurses, technologists and respiratory roles are filled. According to Denver Business Journal reports this new space will ensure critical condition patients receive quality care quickly upon arrival at AdventHealth Littleton’s Heart & Vascular Tower.
