### VanTrust Real Estate Seeks Anchor Tenant for Arapaho Station in Addison
VanTrust Real Estate has begun the search for an anchor tenant for Arapaho Station, a new Class AA office development in the heart of Addison. The 11-story, 264,599-square-foot office building, located at 15555 North Dallas Parkway, will be tailored to meet tenants’ needs. Once an anchor tenant is secured, construction will commence.
Each office floor at Arapaho Station will offer up to 27,000 rentable square feet. Among the key features of the development is a top-floor amenity deck with an indoor/outdoor lounge. Additional amenities include a conference and training facility, an indoor lounge, an onsite café, and a full-service fitness center with locker rooms.
The project will be situated at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road, just minutes from the Addison Transit Center and DART’s forthcoming $2.1 billion Silver Line rail service.
Future tenants will also benefit from proximity to Addison’s entertainment district, which features Addison Circle, more than 200 restaurants, retail shops, and various services within a two-mile radius.
