Add Multiple Retail Tenants to Carlsbad Arcade

Urban Property Group, a real estate services firm specializing in urban and coastal commercial properties, has secured multiple retail leases at Carlsbad Arcade in the Village. This retail center features more than 13,000 square feet of space and its newest tenants include Village Florist Co., San Diego Golf Carts and Joey Snow Design Co.
Village Florist Co., owned by local florist Jolene Marquez is expanding from central San Diego to North County coastal with 1,180 square feet of space. Carlsbad Golf Carts will be opening its second location in Carlsbad occupying 1,250 square feet while Joey Snow Design’s new showroom/consultation space is 1,060 square feet.
