Adaptive Use Project Coming to Fort Worth, TX

Adaptive Use Project Coming to Fort Worth, TX

Ft. Worth is set to be the home of a new adaptive use project, transforming two historic buildings into a mixed-use community. The 19-story Star-Telegram building and 16-story Oil & Gas building will host 88 and 180 units respectively, as well as amenities such as gyms, club lounges and co-working spaces. Additionally, retail restaurants on the first floor are planned for both buildings. Some portions of the Star Telegram Building will remain office space while both projects plan to take advantage of state and federal historic tax credit systems for funding purposes with Wolfe Investments partnering on this venture. This adaptive use project promises to bring modern convenience in an iconic setting that was once best known for being home base for Fort Worth’s newspaper – The Star Telegram!
