Acuity Knowledge Partners, a global provider of research and analytics services to the financial services industry, has recently relocated its Manhattan headquarters to Vornado Realty Trust’s PENN 1 building. The lease for 6,495 square feet was arranged by Cresa and runs for seven years.
This move comes at a time of significant growth for Acuity as they have recently acquired a company in the data automation space and expanded their client base to over 500 firms in sectors such as banking, asset management, private equity, and consulting.
According to Nick Markel from Cresa SVP: “Our client had several good options when it came to relocating their Manhattan headquarters. Ultimately they chose PENN 1 due its LEED Gold certification status with brand-new infrastructure. Additionally,the building offers unparalleled access transportation along with abundant wellness amenities throughout the PENN DISTRICT campus.”
Vornado represented themselves during this transaction process while Acuity is set take possession of their new custom-built offices in Midtown starting from2025.
