Slick City Action Parks has secured a lease for a 50,000-square-foot space at 9189 Talking Stick Way in The Pavilions at Talking Stick. This prime location will undergo an extensive build-out to feature exciting attractions such as 15 indoor slides suitable for all ages, various sports courts, an air court park, trapeze and swing equipment, a junior play area, and even a café and spacious party venue perfect for birthdays or corporate events.
Construction is currently underway with plans to open the new location in November of 2024. Slick City already has two other successful locations in the Phoenix area.
The Pavilions is an impressive power center spanning over 1.3 million square feet on more than 128 acres near Indian Bend Road along Loop101 in Scottsdale,AZ. Its tenants include well-known retailers like Home Depot,T arget,Ross,RoadHouse Cinemas,PETCO ,Mountainside Fitness,Hobby Lobby,and Octane Raceway.
Noah Anastassatos,Jared Cauffield of Western Retail Advisors,and Alex Apter of Location CRE worked together to represent Slick City during their lease negotiations at Talking Stick.Chuck CarliseandCarl Jones represented De Rito Partners,the owner of The PavilionsatTalkingStick,in this deal.
