The property boasts an impressive wraparound frontage spanning over 160 feet and is situated on the northeast corner of Sixth Avenue.
The buyer for this prime piece of real estate was an NYU-affiliated community center and preschool operator who purchased it for $16.5 million. The sale included two separate condo units on the ground floor and second floor.
