The newly acquired portfolio includes 743 units spread across Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. These communities are newly constructed and boast an impressive average occupancy rate of 94%, showcasing the strong demand for exceptional senior living options.
Brightview Senior Living will continue to manage these communities as they have been doing for over a decade as Harrison Street’s trusted partner. Together, their shared portfolio now consists of 26 assets totaling more than 3,600 units – including one currently under construction in Fairfax,Virginia. With over $14.1 billion invested in senior housing since its inception,Harrison Street ranks among the top five owners nationwide.
