Homestead Station, a 4.8-acre mixed-use entertainment center located in Homestead, FL, has been acquired by Linkvest Capital (LV) and MMG Equity Partners. The property was previously held by LV Lending as a first mortgage and the acquisition was completed through a deed in lieu of foreclosure. This transaction involved releasing a $16.8 million loan.

According to Camilo Niño from LV, the friendly deed in lieu of foreclosure showcases their commitment to working closely with clients and borrowers.

The development was completed in October 2019 and offers various amenities such as Evo Entertainment + IMAX featuring cinemas and bowling alleys, along with several retail stores and dining options. Additionally, there is an on-site parking garage with over 1,100 spaces available for use. Currently there is approximately 18
