Homestead Station, a 4.8-acre mixed-use entertainment center located at 4 South Krome Ave. in Homestead, FL has been acquired by Linkvest Capital (LV) and MMG Equity Partners. The acquisition was made through a deed in lieu of foreclosure as LV Lending previously held the first mortgage on the property.
According to Camilo Niño of LV, this friendly deed highlights their commitment to working collaboratively with clients and borrowers.
The center, which features various amenities such as Evo Entertainment + IMAX cinemas and bowling alley, retail stores and restaurants was completed in October 2019. It also includes a parking garage with over 1,100 spaces available for use. Currently there is approximately 18,000 square feet of vacant space that is open for lease.
This marks another successful collaboration between MMG Equity Partners and Linkvest Capital who have been working together since their joint acquisition of Tamarack Resort in Idaho back in 2018 (tamarackresort.com). With this partnership they were able to successfully redevelop the resort into what it is today.
