BH3 Management and Merrimac Ventures have joined forces to bring the City of Miami’s long-held vision for a thriving destination on Watson Island to life. The joint venture will develop 10.7 acres along Biscayne Bay between Downtown Miami and Miami Beach, with initial site work set to begin following the transfer of a City of Miami lease.

The Motwani brothers’ Merrimac Ventures is currently developing assets worth over $3 billion; Alex Zylberglait from Marcus & Millichap brokered the transaction.
