It is currently fully occupied by 16 automotive businesses that benefit from its convenient access to major transportation routes such as I-95 and U.S. Route 1.

According to Frank Forte, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Lucern Capital Partners: “This latest acquisition showcases our ability to identify lucrative opportunities in high-demand markets with limited supply.” He also added that the low availability of shallow bay products in this region makes demand for this property extremely favorable.
