TopSide Marinas, a family-owned company that acquires and operates marinas across the country, has recently acquired two marinas in close proximity to Branson, Missouri. These acquisitions mark the first for TopSide Marinas in Missouri and the Ozarks.
Cape Fair Marina is located on 29 acres of land offering boat storage, boat rentals, fuel services, retail stores and a restaurant along James River Arm of Lake Cape Fair. Hideaway Marina was established back in 1958 as Table Rock Lake’s first marina with 450 wet slips and 20 rental boats available between both locations.
This acquisition follows other successful purchases by TopSide Marinas including Rock Creek Marina located on 188-acres at Perry Lake near Ozawkie Kansas; April Plaza Marina situated 4.9-acres on Texas’ Lake Conroe just outside Houston; totaling eight properties across multiple states nationwide so far this year alone!
