TopSide Marinas, a family-owned company that acquires and operates marinas across the United States, recently acquired two marinas in close proximity to Branson, Missouri. Located on 29 acres of land each, these properties offer boat storage services as well as boat rentals and fuel. Additionally they provide retail options along with a restaurant for visitors to enjoy.
These acquisitions mark the first for TopSide Marinas in Missouri and the Ozarks region. Cape Fair Marina is situated on James River Arm of Lake while Hideaway Marina is Table Rock Lake’s first established marina since 1958. Between both locations there are 450 wet slips available along with 20 rental boats ready for use by customers who visit either location or any other property owned by TopSide Marinas across multiple states including Kansas where it recently acquired Rock Creek Marina – an 188-acre large scale facility located in Ozawkie near Perry Lake – or April Plaza Marina which was purchased earlier this year; this 4.9 acre facility lies just outside Houston Texas at Lake Conroe .
