Acquire Missouri Industrial Facility: Phoenix Investors Make Investment

Phoenix Investors, an affiliate of Phoenix Investors, recently acquired a 515,913-square-foot industrial building located at 1000 Taylor Ave. in Park Hills, Missouri. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Construction on the building began in 1976 and has seen numerous additions and updates as recently as 2018. It features 18 docks with six 14-foot overhead drive-in doors; clear heights up to 40 feet; wet and dry fire suppression systems; 41.76 acres of land with parking for nearly 300 automobiles and nine trailers; active rail spur serviced by Union Pacific Railroad 11 miles from Farmington Regional Airport; less than 2 miles from US 67 for easy access via rail, air or road transportation routes – making it ideal for immediate leasing opportunities upon acquisition by Phoenix Investors’ affiliate company..
The property was formerly owned by Piramal Glass (an Indian company owned by Blackstone Capital) which housed PGP Glass USA Inc., once the city’s largest employer before announcing its closure in February 2022 followed shortly thereafter when they closed their doors in March 2022 .
