### Accrete Expands Footprint at RFR’s 17 State Street

RFR has finalized a new long-term lease with Accrete, expanding the firm’s space to 13,757 square feet at 17 State Street in Lower Manhattan. This expansion more than doubles Accrete’s existing footprint and follows RFR’s recent recapitalization of the 42-story office tower with a three-year loan extension.

“Accrete has been on an incredible growth trajectory, and we were excited to work with the firm in expanding its presence at 17 State Street,” said AJ Camhi, director of leasing for RFR. “The building has always attracted marquee tenants with its open floor plates, sweeping water views, and abundant natural light. Its distinctive design, combined with proximity to Battery Park and Lower Manhattan’s transportation hubs, makes it a true standout in the downtown market.”

The lease transaction was brokered by Matthew DeRose of Nomad, representing Accrete, while RFR was represented in-house by AJ Camhi and Ryan Silverman. RFR also announced plans to begin construction on a new suite of amenities at 17 State Street in the near future.
