Accesso Granted Extension for Major Mixed-Use Project at 7700 Parmer in Austin

In 2020, Florida-based property owner Accesso Partners secured zoning approvals to significantly expand the 7700 Parmer office campus in Austin. The approved plans included the addition of 800,000 square feet of office space, 1,800 multifamily residential units, a 340-room hotel, and 80,000 square feet of retail space to the already existing 911,573-square-foot campus.

Recently, Accesso filed to extend the development permit, which was originally set to expire this year. A representative from the City of Austin confirmed that the extension has been granted, with a new expiration date set for September 2026.

According to the site plan approved in September 2022, the development will be executed in phases. Upon completion, the expanded campus is projected to exceed 3 million square feet. The redevelopment will feature new buildings and structured parking, replacing much of the existing surface parking on the property.
