The Palm Gateway Logistics Center, a 615,000-square-foot speculative campus in Mesa, Arizona has been completed by Logistics Property Co. The developer secured a $62.9 million loan from Old National Bank to finance the construction of the four-building complex which broke ground last January.
Partners involved in this project include Alcorn Construction as general contractor, Ware Malcomb as architecture firm and SWS Engineering as civil engineer. Leasing efforts are being handled by Lee & Associates.
The facilities at Palm Gateway range from 93,000 to 290,000 square feet with clear heights between 28 and 36 feet. The campus is located at three addresses -8130 E Pecos Road ,8134 E Pecos Road and8142 E Pecos Road- adjacent to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
Logistics Property is also working on another project in Glendale called Olive Logistics Center which will consist of two buildings totaling one million square feet expected to be completed in the first quarter of next year.
Leasing representatives for both projects are Ken McQueen , Chris McClurg , Blake Peters and Jack Sims from Lee & Associates.
