The recently sold Adams Street Portfolio in Abington, Massachusetts has garnered a price of $2.8 million. This collection of three multifamily properties, situated at 401, 409, and 411 Adams Street and spanning over an acre of land.
Comprising a total of 16 units with one studio unit, thirteen one-bedroom/one-bath units and two two-bedroom/one-bath units; the Abington portfolio was successfully brokered by Tony Pepdjonovic and Evan Griffith from Marcus & Millichap. Both parties involved – the seller (an individual/personal trust) as well as the buyer (a local LLC) were represented by them.
According to Griffith’s statement on this transaction: “Abington is known for its blend of historical charm with modern conveniences such as easy access to MBTA station, major highways and various recreational amenities.”
