### AEG Presents to Open Music Venue in Austin’s River Park
AEG Presents is set to launch a 65,000-square-foot music venue with a capacity of 4,000 in Southeast Austin’s River Park mixed-use development. The venue is expected to open as early as the first quarter of 2027.
The Austin Business Journal reports that plans for the indoor music and entertainment facility were revealed last year. River Park, a project being developed by Presidium Group and Partners Group, will include multifamily units, offices, retail spaces, parkland, and the entertainment venue, spanning a total of 10 million square feet upon completion.
While specific details of the venue have yet to be disclosed, construction is set to begin later this year.
River Park’s first development phase will cover approximately 1.2 million square feet and be divided into four parcels. One section will feature 426 multifamily units, another will have 214 units along with 10,000 square feet of retail space, a third will house 312 multifamily units with another 10,000 square feet of retail, and the fourth will accommodate the entertainment venue, which will include around 7,000 square feet of retail space.
