**A.J. Properties Arranges $4.2M Sale of Princeton Sports Property in Baltimore**
A.J. Properties has announced the sale of the Princeton Sports property, a long-standing, family-owned sporting goods store located in the Falls Road Corridor of Baltimore County. The property changed hands for $4.2 million.
Stuart Title of A.J. Properties represented the seller in the transaction, while Braden Maley of Cummins & Company Realtors represented the buyer. Belfast Group LLC acted on behalf of Crosby Enterprises, LLC.
The property has been home to Princeton Sports since 1972 and includes a 15,000-square-foot building and a 67-space parking lot. “Helping transition such a meaningful and iconic property is not just about a sale—given their 50+ year role and reputation in the community, it’s about honoring a legacy while laying the groundwork for the next chapter of growth,” said Title.
Ideally situated just a quarter-mile from both I-83 and I-695, the location offers strong regional accessibility. The area has seen recent commercial development, including a newly redeveloped neighboring property that features upscale retailers and a Dunkin’.
